Stefan Antonissen is an associate partner at FBM Corporate Finance. Stefan has extensive experience in structuring complex financings, restructuring issues of companies with continuity problems, redefinition of corporate strategy and in purchase and sale support of companies. Stefan has 25 years of experience at ING in various commercial and strategic (management) positions. He also held various interim management positions for several years at Friesland Bank and ABN AMRO Bank. Stefan studied Dutch Law at Radboud University Nijmegen and obtained an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
