FBM assisted the shareholders of Jouw Omgeving in the sale of the company to Avinty, part of Gilde Equity Management.

Jouw Omgeving is an eHealth platform for online treatment, counseling and self-help where clients can collaborate with relatives, network and healthcare professionals in a safe and transparent way.

Avinty develops smart software that optimally supports healthcare. Avinty is a group of software companies whose applications (o/a USER, MoreCare4 and Reflex) support a growing number of more than 60,000 healthcare professionals using an electronic patient or client record every day.

By acquiring Jouw Omgeving Avinty sees great opportunities to optimally support healthcare professionals with the increasing demand for digital care. The eHealth software of Jouw Omgeving, with a focus on youth mental health, youth aid, disability care and in the field of personal health environment (PBU), are valuable additions to the already present expertise within Avinty.
