JBLaw and FBM Corporate Finance advised the majority shareholder of the company Zeldenrust on the sale of the company’s sand mining business in Zwolle/Hasselt. FBM acted as advisor to the majority shareholder and coordinated the transaction process.

Zandwinning Zwolle is a strategically important location in the eastern Netherlands for the future. This sand extraction site will provide various customers inside and outside the Zwolle region with high-quality industrial sand and fill sand for the next twenty years. The site consists of almost one hundred hectares of sand extraction and processing land and contains approximately 17 million cubic meters of sand.
