Sale of Oving car company to Emil Frey Netherlands

FBM assisted the shareholder of Renault dealer Oving in the sale of the company to Emil Frey Nederland

Renault’s dealer network is currently being redesigned. FBM has accompanied several Renault dealers in this process. One of them is “Renault Dealer of the Year” Oving. Since its establishment in 1960, Renault dealer Oving has developed as a strong regional player with branches in Hattem, Raalte and Emmeloord. With sales of over 2,500 cars per year, they make an important contribution to the Renault and Dacia market share. Service and quality are important core values of Oving.

DGA Bert Oving has sold his dealership shelves to Emil Frey Netherlands. Emil Frey thus takes over a very successful company. Bert Oving will remain involved with the company.

We as FBM have again experienced this as a very pleasant process which has been completed to everyone’s satisfaction. We thank those involved for the pleasant cooperation and wish Bert all the best for the future.
