Sale of BMW/Mini dealerships Zwartepoorte

FBM assists John Zwartepoorte in selling BMW/Mini dealerships region West Brabant and Zeeland to Renova

Zwartepoorte Roosendaal and Goes
Renova Group buys BMW and Mini dealerships from Zwartepoorte. FBM assisted the current shareholder in this successful sale to Renova Group. Zwartepoorte has branches in Roosendaal and Goes. The 70 employees will join Renova. Zwartepoorte has been a BMW and Mini dealer for more than 30 years.

The daily management of the Roosendaal branch will remain in the hands of Kees Baas (59). Kees knows both the branch and the region very well and has been appointed by Renova as branch manager for Renova Roosendaal.

Daily management of the Goes branch will be in the hands of Dolf Kuijpers. Dolf has been appointed branch manager for Renova Goes. Dolf has been active in the automotive world for many years and knows the Zeeland market like no other.

Renova Group
Renova started as a BMW dealer in Tilburg in 1961. The company now has branches in Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, Bladel and Etten-Leur. Jan-Hein Alkemade, general manager of Renova Group: “For us it is a strategic choice to grow further in the premium segment. With this acquisition we strengthen our position and look forward to the future with great confidence,” he said in a message to relations.

Renova Group is ranked 51 in the Automotive Dealerholding Top 60.
