Realization 55 new build (care) homes project Zuydveste in Aalsmeer
FBM advised the management of Tupla Vastgoed in arranging construction financing for the realization of the Zuydveste project in Aalsmeer. Here we looked not only at the financing of the object itself but also at further optimizing the current financing structure within the total real estate portfolio. The aim was to achieve the most interesting financing ticket possible for Tupla Vastgoed as well as for the financier. This resulted in an improvement of the existing financing conditions and the provision of a construction financing for the realization of project Zuydveste.
Tupla Real Estate is continuously active in the transformation of dated real estate into properties with greater sustainability and better connection to the market. Making this possible requires optimal financing and utilization of financing capacity. This has also been the starting point for FBM in its advice.
With this financing Tupla Vastgoed realize 55 luxury and sustainable apartments in Aalsmeer specifically for seniors. The development of project Zuydveste will take place on a redevelopment site containing a former church building. Tupla Vastgoed will transform the iconic church building into three unique lofts. Hereby the character of the church building remains intact. Next to the church building two residential buildings will be realized on both sides with a total of 52 apartments. The start of project Zuydveste is planned in the 2nd quarter of 2021. With the arrival of 55 apartments Tupla Vastgoed is responding to an increasing shortage of affordable rental housing for seniors.
