FBM congratulates Itility Group shareholders on acquisition of NEO BV
FBM assisted NEO BV, a progressive Dutch earth observation company, in the sale of its business to Itility Group BV, a leading consultancy in software and data solutions in the fields of manufacturing, energy and agrotechnology.
Thanks to Itility’s support, NEO can roll out its technology solutions more broadly and deploy them globally. This enables them to assist farms, regulatory agencies and non-governmental organizations around the world. ‘We are seeing an impressive growth curve in the use of remote sensing data and other data technologies. To take the next step, we were looking for a partner who can drive our growth from multiple perspectives without losing our unique identity as an expert in this field,” said managing director of NEO BV Rob Beck.
On behalf of FBM Corporate Finance, Albert van Lunteren and Jaap Rikken acted as advisors to the seller. We thank Rob Beck and Jan Erik Wien of NEO BV Netherlands in particular for the trust placed in them and the wonderful cooperation. Our thanks also go to the involvement of and cooperation with Peter Schepers of Itility and Gijs van de Wetering of Black Trace. We wish all parties success in the next growth phase of the company.
