Your duties in this position include:
- Making valuation analyses;
- Preparation of sales and financing memoranda;
- Drafting teasers;
- Entering financial data with portals alternative funders;
- Writing articles on various focus sectors;
- Doing strategic market research.
At FBM you will join a professional, informal culture. You will be involved in challenging merger & acquisition projects and/or (re)structuring issues in various sectors, both in the Netherlands and abroad. And from day one you will be sitting at the client’s table. Our team consists of 17 entrepreneurial specialists with a background as investment bankers and/or consultants. We have our own vision and hands-on mentality. Advice with character is what we call it.

What we are looking for:
- Completed HBO or Master's degree;
- 0-3 years of relevant (internship) work experience within corporate finance, private equity or banking sector;
- Expert on Excel and PowerPoint;
- The right combination of strong analytical and social skills;
- Spontaneous, entrepreneurial and ambitious attitude;
- Flexible with the ability to switch quickly between different work and files in a dynamic environment.
