Albert is a partner at FBM Corporate Finance and has extensive experience in arranging, structuring and optimizing corporate financing and capital structures. He supervises the financial analyses and leads the negotiations with financiers and shareholders. Albert also has extensive experience in buying and selling companies. Before joining FBM, he worked at ABN AMRO Bank. His positions included cash management advisor for large corporations and director of business affairs for small and medium-sized companies. Albert studied Financial Business Administration at the Academy of Amsterdam. He also completed Nima A and B and the Post-HBO course Registered Advisor Business Transfer.
