FBM Corporate Finance assists selling party
Hoppenbrouwers Techniek will take over the engineering team of Yellax as of March 1. This team, consisting of 30 software and hardware engineers, will become part of the Industrial Automation business unit. Yellax will continue to operate as an independent company with its consulting and Typical Manager software development team.
Board members Theo Klaassen and Herbert van Donselaar, together with the engineering team, are moving to Hoppenbrouwers. There they will contribute in the coming years to the further optimization of design processes within industrial automation, both in the field of software and hardware. The shared vision and working method ensure a smooth integration and a strong basis for future growth. Patrick Vergeer and Hette Feenstra will remain at the helm of Yellax, focusing entirely on product development and consultancy.

The strategic acquisition is a logical step for both parties. Hoppenbrouwers thereby strengthens its engineering capacity and invests in a more efficient design process for customers. With this split, Yellax can focus even better on product development and process optimization. The cooperation between the two companies remains intensive, with a shared vision of innovation and efficiency within the industry.
FBM Corporate Finance assisted Yellax in this transaction, focusing on realizing a future-proof structure for both organizations. With this acquisition, Yellax and Hoppenbrouwers together take an important step in the further professionalization and growth of industrial automation in the Netherlands.
