FBM Corporate Finance assists buying party

It was announced this week that VDK Groep is acquiring leading electronic security specialist Shield Beveiligingstechniek. FBM Corporate Finance assisted the shareholders of Shield Beveiligingstechniek in this transaction. The VDK Groep is a nationwide technical service provider consisting of 110 independent companies. Shield Beveiligingstechniek will now be added to this group.
