Derk Kropholler is an associate partner at FBM Corporate Finance. After an international career in the software world and in the outsourcing industry, Derk has been active in the field of mergers and acquisitions, especially on the sales side, since 2011. With his practical, creative and solution-oriented approach and the use of his international network he has assisted many entrepreneurs with both small (1-10mio Deal volume) and large companies (75-100mio deal volume) in finding often strategic, but also financial, buyers in both foreign and domestic markets.
