FBM assisted the shareholders of Autoschade Jansen Wezep in the sale of the company to Rene Stremmelaar and Bas de Leeuw (MBO/MBI).

The company

Autoschade Jansen focuses on damage repair of cars, campers, caravans and commercial vehicles for both business and private customers using the latest repair aluminum and adhesive techniques to guarantee the best quality. The company is known in the region for its no-nonsense mentality and complete care for its customers from start to finish. Founder Johan Jansen started in 1970 at the age of 17 as a car damage repairer. After various jobs within the car repair industry, Johan started Autoschade Jansen in Wezep with his wife Jenny in October 1995.

Buyers

Buyers Rene and Bas are no strangers to the damage business. Rene has been a familiar face within Autoschade Jansen for 22 years. He first worked on the shop floor as a sheet metal worker and later in the office. Bas is also no stranger to the auto body repair business. In the past 20 years, he has gained a lot of knowledge and experience as a manager at several car body repair companies.

Johan and Jenny Jansen are proudly handing over the baton to buyers after 27 years. We wish Johan and Jenny all the best for the future and Rene and Bas good luck as new entrepreneurs.
