Sale of video agency Viduate to Happy Horizon

FBM assisted the shareholders of video agency Viduate in the sale of the company to Happy Horizon.

Full service video and animation agency Viduate from IJsselstein joins the Happy Horizon group. This marks the seventh acquisition in 7 months for the originally Eindhoven-based digital marketing group.

Recently, Happy Horizon grew to over 400 employees through several acquisitions. The addition of Viduate adds another team of 15 specialists in video marketing. Founders of Viduate, Tim and Daan Viergever, are extremely happy with this step. “The video and animation market will continue to grow significantly in the coming years. As a full service video agency, we want to grow along with it. And that goes much faster if we are part of a strong marketing group.

FBM Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Viduate throughout the acquisition process. The work included drafting an information memorandum, structuring the transaction, assisting in the due diligence process and the final negotiations regarding the buy-sell agreement.
