FBM assisted Kooijman Autogroep in this sales transaction with Logicx, part of the ANWB
FBM assisted Kooijman Autogroep in the sale of its company Kooijman Mobiliteit BV to Logicx Berging BV, a division of the ANWB (further: Logicx).
“We understand that scaling up is the only way to remain profitable in the future, which is why we are strongly committed to the salvage department. After the retirement of Ton Kooijman, we decided to sell the salvage department,” said dga Gert Kooijman. Kooijman Autogroep, which ranks 17th in the new Automotive Dealerholding Top 60, will concentrate even more on the company’s core business after the sale of Kooijman Takel en Berging: the sale, maintenance and repair of Kia, Toyota and used cars.
For Logicx, Kooijman Mobiliteit with its locations in Vianen and Vuren complements Logicx’s existing locations. With the new locations, Logicx can work more efficiently and ensure the quality and service of its services for the future.
On behalf of FBM Corporate Finance, Albert van Lunteren acted as advisor to the seller.
