dormakaba strengthens position through acquisition of Alldoorco

FBM assisted dormakaba in the acquisition of Alldoorco

FBM has dormakaba Nederland BV in the acquisition of Alldoorco Service and Maintenance BV and Alldoorco Bedrijfsdeuren BV (further: Alldoorco).

dormakaba is strengthening its service and maintenance business in the Netherlands through this acquisition. The acquisition represents a follow-up step to further strengthen the company’s activities in the Dutch market.

Alldoorco is known as a high-quality specialist in maintenance, repair and new installation of industrial door systems. With in-depth technical expertise in door solutions, the company is the ideal complement to dormakaba’s existing offering in the Dutch market. Alldoorco, founded in 1983, is based in Nijkerk and employs approximately 20 people.
